Erica has been singing her whole life. Her mother remembers her belting Pat Benatar’s “Hit Me With Your Best Shot” when she was only four. “I entered a lip-syncing competition and actually LOST POINTS because I wouldn’t stop singing with my own voice,” Erica recalls.

As her voice grew so did her hunger for different styles. At 13, she was studying classical music and musical theater in San Diego, where she lived with her military family. At 16, she was one of the youngest members of the San Diego Opera Chorus, where she performed in a four night sold out performance of Giuseppe Verdi’s AIDA. Her family’s Texas roots gave her a love of country music, defiant teenage years made her fall for classic rock and The Carpenters, while life in the urban center of San Diego infused her with a passion for blues, soul, hip-hop and R&B. At 19, she moved to Los Angeles to attend Musician’s Institute in Hollywood, CA. Living and performing in Los Angeles brought her diverse tastes together in one musical voice.

In 2014, she was asked to sing background vocals for "George Fest" the George Harrison Tribute Concert in Los Angeles, CA. There, she sang with Dhani Harrison, Ben Harper, Brandon Flowers (The Killers), Wayne Coyne (The Flaming Lips), Brian Wilson, Black Ryder, Ann Wilson and many more.

Erica toured with Brandon Flowers on his 2015-2016 Desired Effect World Tour and went on to tour with The Killers for their 2017-2018 Wonderful Wonderful World Tour and their appearances in 2019- 2020. She joined The Killers on their World Tour "Imploding The Mirage" in 2021 and was a part of their critically acclaimed and sold out 10 night Las Vegas Residency -”20 years of Hot Fuss”, at Caesar’s Palace, in 2024.

On and off the road, Erica also teaches voice to people all over the world. Working with students from the ages of 15 and up, vocal health and coaching are subjects she's very passionate about sharing and encouraging with these aspiring or seasoned vocalists.

Erica has also re-released a Deluxe version of her 2007 debut album Five Seven Seven, available exclusively on Bandcamp.
